All reiki treatments cost £30 for a 15 minute consultation and 45 minute treatment.
Become a Reiki practitioner
Revolution Gym is hosting 2 separate Reiki Level 1 workshops. These courses give you an introduction to Reiki, a healing system that allows you to balance the body’s energy, promote healing and aid relaxation.
The course runs all day and covers the following:
- What is Reiki?
- The history of reiki and it’s founder Mikao Usui.
- 3 reiki attunements – the ritual that ‘opens’ you up to the energy used to heal with reiki.
- How to treat yourself and others using reiki – this section of the course is practical and you will have a chance to both give and receive a reiki treatment.
- Ethics of reiki
- Q&A about reiki
- Every attendee will receive a reiki level 1 manual that expands on the material covered in the course and prepares you for further study of reiki. You will also receive a certificate to show that you have studied reiki level 1.
There will be breaks throughout the course of the day and light refreshments will be provided. Attendees will need to bring a lunch with them.

The course will be taught by Reiki Master, Phil Wright. Phil has been practising reiki for 4 years, attaining his Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 in 2004.
He has recently been attuned for a second time to Level 1 and 2 and studied for his Reiki Master/Teachers qualification in 2008 under Eileen McGlone.
